Weak spot detector: We have developed software controlled weak spot detector to detect spots on product. In case of any weak spot machine stops automatically.
- From day one "ZERO" customer returns for weak welding. Our Cp / Cpk is above 4.

IT gun: The basic advantages of the it guns are: less kva transformer @ 45 kva, no cables in between, avoids transmission losses, leads to low power consumption i.E. Almost 35 % reduction in the power consumption, spot weld quality improved in view of strength and finish.

CO₂ gas bank: The specialty of this gas bank is that when ever the gas pressure and the flow rate is not as per set values, the welding machines in the cell are stopped.

Boring SPM: We have boring capabilities with ovality within +/-14 micron and size within +/-8 microns

Inspection jig: These inspection jigs fulfill all the requirements for checking the required dimensional accuracies.
The accuracy level of the 5mtrs. X 2.5 meters. Inspection jig is maintained within +/-0.3 mm.

CNC bending machine: We have developed 6 axes CNC bending machine. Which can produce 5 bends in single cycle.

CO₂ Round SPM: We produce uniform & leak proof welding with optimum productivity.

Jack endurance testing machine: This screw jack test equipment is developed totally in house.
This equipment performs the load and torture test of the screw jacks which are developed by us.
All types of screw jacks with load capacities varying from 0.5 tons to 3 tons are tested on this equipment.

Quality:
We have technical expertise in quality functions and it is being conducted in four folds.

1. Receipt Inspection
2. In process Inspection
3. Final Inspection
4. Audit / Layout Inspection.

Logistics:
DOL (Delivery On Line) supply to our customer.

• Internal & External handling of product is being done by trollies and bins.
• Our sub-contractors are developed as DOL suppliers to us.
