This plant is established in the year 2000. This plant is ISO 9001: 2000 certified. All exhaust system items are being produced and painted.
Presently, we are producing different types of silencers of three wheeler & wet on wet liquid painting up to metallic painting. The production facilities viz. shot blasting equipments, modern paint kitchen, airless gun for painting, quick color change system, testing lab are available. We have ETP disposal system for paint sludge. Like these facilities, we have advance quality facilities such as, dry film thickness measurement, cross cut adhesion, salt spray test, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.
We are enhancing our capacities by adding HR painting & CED in a coming quarter.
